Returns Process at a Glance 


You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. 

Here is how to return your goods; 

  • Login to your account and go to my returns 
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for returning. 
  • Attach anty photos and or videos or additional comments and you include in the form will be helpful for us to process you request. 

Your return request will be reviewed within 1-3 working days. Upon approval you will recive an email containing a reutrn label and collection pick up with our couier of our choosing will come and collect it.

Do I have to pay to return my items? 


A free reurn label will be supplied to you via email if your item(s) are damaged, faulty and or incorrect according to your order or item description. 

For change of mind returns you will need to pay for the return charges.

What is a Change of Mind return? 


A Change Of Mind return is to be loged for item(s) delivered to you according to your orderwith no defects. This would include items that have the correct size, colour, and product description according to your order. 

We accept most items for Change of Mind returns. However we have additional considerations. Please refer to the question "what can i returnas Change of Mind?" for more details. 

What can I return a Change of Mind? 


A "Change of Mind" return is to be lodged for item(s) delivered to your order with no defects,. This would include items that have the correct size, colour and product descrption according to your order. 

We accept most items back if you change your mind, however we do have the following considerations. 

  • Returned items must be unused and be in a fine and resaleable condition. All orginal packing and tags (where applicable) must be intact. Any instruction manuals, guides, add ons or free gifts must also be returned. 
  • Items brought from clearance sales or warehouse sales are non-returnable and non-refundable due to Change of Mind. 

The following items are non-returnable and nonrefundable: 


  • Toilet paper, paper towel, tissues and serviettes 
  • Medical (pain relief)
  • Cleaning (examples: anti-bacterial wipes, sprays and cleaners, disposable gloves)
  • Feminine hygine and incontinence 
  • Baby wipes & nappies 
  • Hand sanitisers 
  • Disposable and reuseable face masks 
  • Cosmetics & beauty products (if hygine seal is broken) 
  • Pharmaceutical/health products 
  • Perishable goods, liquor, food and beverages 
  • Personal care items 
  • Hosiery, underwear & socks 
  • Swimwear 
  • Piercerd jewellery 
  • Mattresses, pillows and protectors 
  • Gift cards. phone recharge, and or third party gift cards 
  • Media - books and unsealed DVDs & video games 
  • Adult toys / sexual health products 
  • Assembled furniture 
  • Digital goods
  • Personalised/made to order goods 
  • Earphones/headphones (if package is or has been opened)
  • Large bulky items 

When will I get my money back after returning the item(s)? 


For all returns expect Change of Mind returns, once we have received your returned items(s), we will processed with the refund back to your orginal payment method within 3-5 working days. Depending on the issuer or payment method, it may take an additional few working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. 

For Change of Mind returnds, store credits will be depostied into your account and can be used within the 12 months. 

Refunds


Change of Mind: 

When you return an item for "change of Mind" you will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) returned, less the original delivery price. 

This will be returned with the form of a credit to your customers account. 

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect returns:

When you return an item that is damaged, inncorrect, or faulty, then you will be refunded the full amount paid for that item and delivery price for that item, via your original payment method. 

Please note, depending on the payment method the refund may take 5-7 days to process.
